Twelve RSCJ, who are preparing for their final commitment, received the name and devise that will accompany them as they live their vocation into the future.
이 날은 주님께서 마련하신 날 - which in English, means: "This is the day which the Lord has made!" (Psalm 118:24) We rejoice with the KOC Province as they celebrate 60 years of the foundation of the Society in Korea.
On September 8, 2016, the General Council welcomed twelve RSCJ to Rome and formally opened their time of preparation for final commitment as Religious of the Sacred Heart.
On July 21-26, 2016, RSCJs and young people came together in Tarnów, Poland for “The Witnesses of Love,” the International Sacred Heart Youth Meeting before the World Youth Day.

More than 5000 young religious participated in the 2015 World Meeting of Consecrated Women and Men. As Josephine Mbayira rscj (UGK), one of the 16 young RSCJ who joined this celebration, commented: “Religious life is not dying!”
