Profession: January 2012
With Joy and with Gratitude
“With joy and with gratitude and in the name of all our sisters, I receive your consecration to Jesus Christ in the Society of the Sacred Heart.” responded Sr. Kathleen Conan
The chapel at the Villa Lante echoed with music and song. Hymns in Congolese, Swahili and French, an Aarti from India, a Coptic Kyrie and an Arabic instrumental piece added to the international dimension of the celebration. Readings were in French and English and each Sister pronounced her vows in her chosen language.
“Trusting in the fidelity of God and in the love of my sisters, I make these perpetual vows” each Sister stated in the formula of profession. Around the Society each was remembered and supported in prayer. Now our prayer goes with them as they return to their own provinces and begin their ministry.

Thanks so much. I am so thrilled to read this message.''Trusting in the fidelity of God and in the love of my sisters is what remains with me all the time, aware that I am not alone on the journey but we are doing it together. The ceremony was quite good and just interesting. It was a joyous moment for each one of us who made Vows on that day.A big gratitude to the whole Rscj family with our formators Ellen and Jola who gave themselves for this servive. A big thank you to the general team and the community of Villa Lante and all who supported us and joined us on this day.Now we are back in our home Provinces full of energy and joy for mission and to live love with all.

Agradecida al Corazón de Jesús, que sigue llamando a la Sociedad, de todos los continentes, para que continuen su obra de Amor y entrega por amor.
