 I took my Degree in Philosophy and Literature, specialising in Modern Philology... I have lived several times in poor areas... Several times I have been in charge of University Residences... For 12 years I taught Religion... At present my main work is the co-ordination of work in the Provincial Archives...

Who we are
The Religious of the Sacred Heart (RSCJ) are an international congregation of Catholic women, serving in 45 countries. We celebrate our vocation today in a wide spectrum of ministries and settings. We live in small communities and share prayer, which supports us and challenges us to make choices for Justice and Peace in response to the Gospel. We share a spirit with all those who desire to make known God's love. It is this spirit that shapes our lives. We acknowledge that the action of the Spirit goes far beyond what we can see or even know, and we are continually enriched and challenged by it.

Two women of vision and courage stand at the origin of our Congregation, women who lived in response to the Spirit, attentive to the needs of the time, open to the challenges of the future.
