God alone holds the WORD

God alone holds the WORD which will be
the answer to our questions.
Everything that is great, if it is to endure,
germinates in silence,
perhaps because it comes from deep within.

What engenders hope
is the certainty of the promise.

We find ourselves face-to-face with silence:
A silence in which the future is coming to birth,
but only if we are still.

“Acoger y alimentar la vida”
María Hernández rscj
Probación
Silence is not inactive.
Life never closes in upon itself.
It is always at the service of what lives
Or is seeking to be born.

CHRISTMAS
Is a time to welcome the silence.
It is to stand in awe before the mystery.
It is to welcome LIFE and nourish it.

JESUS
Is the Promise made life.
He is the mystery of God-with-us,

May the SILENCE of the WORD,
and the LIFE be with us and
commit us to all those
who hope to see in us a clear sign
of the LOVE of God
present among us.
