Questions for reflection:

What do you imagine Martha or Mary might have felt like when Jesus came too late?

When have you felt you had little or no control over your life? 

Where is Jesus calling you to new life and freedom? 

Have you had a 'coming-back-to life-giving' experience after a serious disappointment? Who helped you? What helped you?

Can you do this for others who are experiencing a "death"  of some kind?
