I mean to sing to Yahweh all my life,
I mean to play for my God as long as I live!

Did I awake wanting to sing 'my song of joy' for a new day of living?
Did my morning prayer have the flavour of praise and thanksgiving?
Did I begin my work with the attitude of 'playing with God' in His playground?
Did I take time out, just 'to be', and to enjoy the beauty of creation?
Did I celebrate friendship with one person today, by letter, phone call, visit?
Did I 'dance with God' through my afternoon? How? Or Why not?
What conscious decisions did I make today after reflection? Discernment?
Have I lost my sense of joy by being a 'slave' to an attitude, person, way of being?
Was I mindful of the 'miserable state of God's people' and enter into God's way of bringing them to freedom and joy?
As I end this day, what attitude will help me to 'dance' through tomorrow with thanksgiving and joy?

I danced in the morning when the world was begun,
and I danced in the moon and the stars and the sun,
And I came down from heaven and I danced on the earth;
At Bethlehem I had my birth.

Dance then, wherever you may be;
I am the Lord of the Dance, said He,
And I'll lead you all, wherever you may be,
And I'll lead you all in the dance, said He.
