Dormidos. Así es como nos sorprende el Adviento sobresaltándonos con la urgencia de su aviso:“¡Ya es hora de despertar del sueño!” (Rom 13,11).

La advertencia nos desconcierta porque solemos ser unos extraños durmientes que ignoran serlo y que viven convencidos de estar despiertos, apegados a una existencia trivial, acomodados a un horizonte plano al que llamamos realismo, propensos a calificar de sueños y utopías a todo lo que lo desborda.

“When you search for me, you will find me; when you search wholeheartedly for me, I shall let you find me.” (Jer:29:13)

Credo de Navidad
Creo en el amor del Padre- Madre que no nos quiso huérfanos/as, sino que nos dio su filiación y la hermandad común.

Creo en Jesucristo y en la fuerza de la vida que nació en Belén para no morir ya más.

On the one hand, we don't know how to talk about God in our contemporary culture and, on the other hand, we are saturated with words. We need action and words but at the same time we need to make the Word our own: Jesus is action in self-giving Word. Action without words could be ambiguous, and word without action could be empty. Our world uses and manipulates God in order to justify its choices. We are creating new idols.
