Quiero dar gracias a Sor Josefa Menendez por su grande interscesión por mi ante Dios, pues me ha acompañado en muchos momentos de mi vida desde que la conozco (y eso que la conozco hace muy poco tiempo).


Muchas Gracias, necesitaba expresar el agradecimiento tan grande que tengo con Sor Josefita.

Con todo el amor de mi corazón hacia Mi Amado Señor, hacia mi Virgencita María y por supuesto hacia Sor Josefita. Carolina.

Just returned from a visit to Kenya with Sr Carmel and I want to thank her(I think she is up for cannonisation) and all my co travellers for the most wonderful experience. Never will I forget those lovely smiles of all the wonderful children in Kibera and Checkalini, nor the dignity of the people we met in the face of adversity. I have learned so much from those people, they will never know how much?. I will always remember them and whatever little I can do I will continue to work for them.The people on our team were just the best,everyone was so helpful and kind, we had fun, we laughed, cried and chatted into the early hours, and we did a bit of work too!!!!..Thank you to everyone and to "Our Dear Mary Roe",a special lady, I hope you prayed for us on your retreat. Soy exalumna del Sagrado Corazón de Castelar. Egresé en el año 1971. Tengo los recuerdos más hermosos de mis años de estudiante. Conocí a religiosas que hasta el día de hoy me marcaron con su ejemplo. Durante varioa años nuestro colegio fue sede del noviciado y comparíamos con la s novicias partidos de voley ball y muchos momentos de sana alegría.
Estando en 6to grado y en ocación de una visita de la Rva Madre Berger (no recuerdo bien cómo se escribe su apellido)le solicité entrar a la orden... me pidió tiempo... ahora soy madre de 6 hermosos hijos.!!!
En más de una oportunidad y debido a frecuentes viajes me he sentido más que orgullosa cuando alguna señora me pregunta si soy exalumna del S.C pues aún llevomuy marcados los razgos caligráficos.
Mi recuerdo especial a la Madre Pereyra Iraola(ejemplo de santidad), a la Madre Marcos, a la Madre Bertran, a las madres Filipinni, Radrizzani, Bassa,Casablanca y tantas más que estuvieron presentes en nuestra educación.

As a past-pupil of a Sacred Heart School Roscrea Co. Tipperary, I have just returned from a first visit to Chekalini and Kibera, Kenya where I spent some time. The experience was amazing, the work being done by the Sacred Heart sisters is unbelievable, the dedication and time given to their work and the responce from the children has to be seen to be believed. Continue the good work and may you be rewarded for your kindness to all.I am so proud to be connected to rscj in some small way. I hope to return sometime in the future. Nola
